Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 foresight framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead high-stakes client workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Produce thought leadership reports and white papers on emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Design and implement innovation sprints focused on 2026-ready solutions
- Present strategic visions to executive boards and investment committees
- Mentor junior futurists and drive continuous improvement in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with proven 5+ year horizon planning
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leader with 20+ articles on future trends or industry disruption
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight certification
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience building cross-functional teams across global organizations
- Portfolio showcasing successful 5+ year strategic foresight implementations
