Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients navigating exponential change
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at Davos and TED-style forums
- Coordinate cross-functional labs with MIT Media Lab and Stanford HAI
- Quantify future risks/opportunities using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders Academy
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight at top-tier consultancies (McKinsey, BCG, etc.)
- Published research on AI ethics, climate adaptation, or neurotech governance
- Fluency in futures methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, cross-impact analysis)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ future scenarios implemented by major organizations
- Proficiency in Python/R for trend modeling and data visualization
