Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats for 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks and strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to future-proof organizational strategies
- Produce high-impact research reports and predictive models using advanced analytics
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype solutions for future market needs
- Mentor junior strategists and contribute to thought leadership content
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism research
- Proven track record of developing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, bioeconomics, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFS from APF) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities for complex concepts
- Experience working with Fortune 500 clients in technology or sustainability sectors
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or strategic foresight projects
