Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise adaptation to 2026+ market realities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future insights into product development
- Author annual 'Future State' reports for executive board and investor presentations
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic foresight effectiveness and ROI
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior analysts in trend synthesis and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 clients
- Proven track record of developing successful future-oriented roadmaps
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures methodologies preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic impact
