Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026 technology disruptions
- Develop strategic frameworks for enterprise adaptation to future markets
- Lead cross-functional workshops on scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Produce whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging opportunities
- Advortise C-suite on long-term tech adoption and workforce transformation
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist thought partners
- Quantify future market potential through predictive modeling
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate innovation
- Expertise in technology trend analysis and scenario planning
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused thought leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience with Delphi methodology and horizon scanning tools
- Certification in Strategic Foresight preferred
