Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ trend intelligence frameworks across technology, consumer behavior, and regulatory landscapes
- Produce strategic foresight reports and scenario models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-focused initiatives
- Identify and vet emerging technologies with disruptive potential for our industry
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies and early-warning systems
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and business models
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling visual narratives
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Deep understanding of emerging tech (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementation
