As a pioneer in our Strategic Foresight division, you'll collaborate with quantum computing experts, neuroscientists, and climate scientists to map future scenarios. Your work will directly influence product roadmaps, investment decisions, and societal impact initiatives across our portfolio of 50+ partner organizations.
Responsibilities
- Forecast technological, social, and economic trends through 2026 using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating emerging technologies (quantum AI, biocomputing, neural interfaces) into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, design, and engineering teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on future-focused business transformation
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario development methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams in distributed work environments
- Published research or patents in emerging technology or strategic foresight domains
- Fluency in at least one additional language (Spanish, Mandarin, or Arabic preferred)
