You'll shape our strategic direction while mentoring the next generation of futurists.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to forecast 2026 industry disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing applications and AI governance
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-ready solutions with engineering, design, and product teams
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on sustainable tech and human augmentation
- Identify partnership opportunities with research institutions and emerging tech startups
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and trend analysis
- Present future-vision roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years of experience
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, and biotech convergence
- Proven track record of developing scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or sustainable innovation trends
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis platforms
- Strong understanding of ethical implications of 2026 technology ecosystems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
