- Deliver executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities through 2030
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine collaboration
- Collaborate with R&D to validate future-viability of experimental technologies
- Produce scenario-planning models for climate adaptation and resource optimization
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 tech or consulting firms
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products (2018-2023)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/CFP preferred)
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (Delphi, STEEP, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to stakeholders
