Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and societal trends to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for enterprise adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-oriented priorities
- Produce trend reports and innovation briefs for executive stakeholders and investors
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into roadmaps
- Represent the organization at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists and build a future-focused innovation culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech innovation
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, WFS) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating future scenario development and impact analysis
