Responsibilities

- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with cross-functional teams to co-create future-focused solutions
- Build and maintain a comprehensive ecosystem of futurist thought leaders, academic partners, and industry disruptors
- Produce forward-looking trend reports and scenario-planning documents for C-suite decision-making
- Champion organizational culture of innovation and strategic agility through thought leadership and internal advocacy

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research with proven experience developing long-term roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
