As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with quantum computing architects, bioengineers, and AI ethicists to map technological convergence points. You'll deliver forward-looking insights that guide multi-billion-dollar R&D investments and shape our corporate trajectory toward 2030 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Research and synthesize global technological, social, and economic trends to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum biology, neurotech, climate engineering)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to stress-test future business models
- Produce trend reports and whitepapers that influence industry-wide innovation agendas
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate and incubate 2026-era startups
- Represent the company at Davos-type futurist forums and academic symposiums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent field with 5+ years applied foresight experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or strategic foresight frameworks
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex scenarios into stakeholder narratives
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Technique)
- Experience working with Fortune 500 innovation teams or government futurist units
- Fluency in at least one non-English language with global cultural literacy
