Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into operational priorities
- Analyze emerging tech signals (Web4, neural interfaces, climate AI) and impact on business verticals
- Collaborate with MIT, Stanford, and NASA on horizon-scanning research initiatives
- Author white papers and frameworks for industry adoption of 2026-era technologies
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI projections
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy
- Published research on AI ethics, quantum applications, or climate tech (IEEE/Nature)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Proficiency in Foresight Pro, Trend Hunter, and Horizon Scanning tools
- Track record of implementing future-proofed strategies in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep understanding of Web4, quantum computing, and synthetic biology landscapes
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (ACSF or equivalent)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2030 tech trend predictions with >80% accuracy
