As a key member of our Global Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and academic partners to develop 3-5 year roadmaps for exponential technologies. Your insights will directly influence product development, investment decisions, and market expansion initiatives across our AI, quantum computing, and biotech divisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive trend intelligence reports on exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops for executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Create scenario-based roadmaps for market disruption and competitive advantage
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions using emerging technologies
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation maturity and adoption readiness
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Experience facilitating C-level workshops and presenting complex concepts
- Portfolio of published foresight reports or innovation frameworks
