Your insights will directly shape our product roadmaps, investment decisions, and long-term vision for a sustainable, tech-enabled future.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal trends to identify opportunities and risks for 2026+ horizon
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario planning models for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision and priorities
- Produce high-impact research reports and trend briefings for C-suite and product teams
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive intelligence signals
- Drive cultural adoption of future-thinking practices across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex strategic initiatives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (portfolio required)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar) preferred
