- Produce quarterly innovation roadmaps with quantifiable impact projections for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and government agencies to pioneer 2026-relevant solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and conduct ongoing market disruption assessments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional data synthesis skills with experience translating complex insights into executive-level strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
