Responsibilities
- Forecast disruptive technologies and societal shifts through quantitative/qualitative analysis
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for product development and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Identify and evaluate emerging risks and opportunities across global markets
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist experts and thought leaders
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Demonstrated passion for ethical technology development and human-centric design
