Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI) and societal shifts to identify strategic opportunities for 2026+
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, energy, and mobility sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market viability
- Maintain a trend intelligence dashboard tracking 200+ indicators across 15 industries
- Mentor junior strategists and build a global network of futurist practitioners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic consulting, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., neurotech, climate AI, space commercialization)
- Proven track record of publishing future-oriented frameworks or methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, System Dynamics Modeling)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ strategic roadmaps implemented by major organizations
- Fluency in English with additional languages (Mandarin, Arabic, Spanish) highly valued
