Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic frameworks by synthesizing global tech trends, regulatory changes, and consumer behavior patterns
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Produce forward-looking scenario analyses and risk mitigation plans for long-term business continuity
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for future-readiness initiatives across all departments
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors for continuous intelligence gathering
- Mentor junior analysts in advanced forecasting methodologies and trend analysis techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or corporate futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, blockchain)
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-focused initiatives
