- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into product roadmaps and corporate strategy
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused initiatives
- Produce high-impact trend reports and strategic briefs for board-level decision-making
- Identify partnership opportunities with startups, research institutions, and policy bodies
- Champion ethical innovation principles in all strategic planning processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi technique)
- Proven track record translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, nanotech, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or relevant technical field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or publications
