Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technological and societal trends through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum, and biotechnology innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Produce thought leadership reports and whitepapers on disruptive market shifts
- Advise executive leadership on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry pioneers
- Identify and evaluate early-stage investment opportunities in future tech domains
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial strategies
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences and public speaking experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
