Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning methodologies to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026-2030
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for clients navigating quantum adoption and AI sovereignty
- Lead cross-functional workshops on neuro-ethical implications of biometric augmentation
- Produce trend intelligence briefings on climate migration patterns and circular economy models
- Architect governance protocols for autonomous systems and decentralized networks
- Advise on metaverse integration strategies for enterprise ecosystems
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness across industries
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic consulting or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech (quantum, AGI, neurotech) or societal futures
- Expertise in scenario modeling and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
