- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and adoption readiness
- Present strategic briefings to board members and investment partners
- Build and maintain global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Innovation Management
- 10+ years in strategic planning with demonstrated 5+ year horizon impact
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies: Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis
- Published thought leadership on systemic change or paradigm shifts
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to market leadership
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent (e.g., CFCS preferred)
