Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop data-driven strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into executable plans
- Produce trend briefings and scenario analyses for executive leadership
- Partner with R&D to validate future-focused concepts and prototypes
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in data visualization
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures methodologies preferred
