- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating futuristic concepts into product roadmaps

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, Data Science, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Strong Python/R skills for predictive modeling and data visualization
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
