Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop and present strategic roadmaps for long-term corporate positioning and market expansion
- Conduct scenario planning workshops for executive leadership teams
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Create compelling narratives about future states to inspire cross-functional teams
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of emerging trends on organizational strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
