Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic shifts, technological breakthroughs, and societal transformations to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business roadmaps
- Author forward-looking thought leadership for industry publications and executive summits
- Build and maintain a proprietary trend intelligence database using AI-driven analytics tools
- Advose on ethical implications of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, etc.)
- Represent the firm at global innovation forums and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation labs, or corporate futures research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their commercial applications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFM, APF) preferred
- Published thought leadership on technology-driven transformation
- Experience with predictive analytics tools (e.g., Palantir, Tableau) and AI trend detection systems
