- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios and strategic priorities
- Produce actionable reports and visualizations translating complex foresight into executable plans
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Monitor horizon scanning systems to identify emerging threats and opportunities
- Represent the organization at global futurism forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technological forecasting methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into measurable business outcomes
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation abilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (required)
