Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts affecting 2026 business landscapes
- Produce annual Future State Reports with data-driven forecasts on AI, quantum computing, and sustainability paradigms
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech incubators
- Design resilience protocols for organizational adaptation to systemic disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate foresight methodologies across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven track record publishing trend analyses in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Strong command of predictive analytics tools and trend visualization platforms
- Experience advising executive teams on technology adoption and market evolution
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable business impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or MFML) preferred
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
