Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across quantum computing, biotech, and AI ethics domains
- Develop 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Author quarterly trend reports with 95%+ predictive accuracy
- Advise executive teams on emerging tech investment opportunities
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI reviews
- Represent company at global futurism conferences (Davos, SXSW, etc.)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proficiency with foresight platforms (e.g., Foresight Platform, Scenariio)
- Track record of implementing successful innovation initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent (e.g., CFSD)
