Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and validate future business models and innovation pipelines
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and investment decisions
- Produce compelling future-state narratives and visualizations to inspire organizational alignment
- Monitor and evaluate competitive futurescape, identifying first-mover advantages and disruption risks

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research with proven impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting complex futures to executive audiences
- Track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business, or related field
- Proficiency in futures analysis tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
