Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging global trends across technology, society, and economics with 5-10 year foresight
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks to prepare organizations for 2026 and beyond
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into innovation roadmaps
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize breakthrough technologies and market opportunities
- Produce executive-ready trend reports and disruption risk assessments
- Advise leadership on future-proofing talent, operations, and customer experience models
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS) preferred
