Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Lead strategic workshops to translate foresight into actionable business roadmaps
- Produce trend reports and whitepapers published in industry-leading journals
- Identify partnership opportunities with startups and research institutions
- Advolve organizational culture to embed future-ready mindsets
- Represent the company at global innovation summits and conferences
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or MBA with specialization
- Proven track record of developing scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite audiences
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Experience publishing foresight research in peer-reviewed journals or industry reports
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
