Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap, aligning emerging tech trends with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive opportunities and market inflection points
- Partner with R&D teams to commercialize breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year lead times
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and Board of Directors for strategic alignment
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress through predictive analytics
- Mentor junior strategists in futures-thinking methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Scenario Planning)
