Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics, trend mapping, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with 2026 commercialization potential
- Produce quarterly trend reports and innovation roadmaps validated by expert panels and market simulations
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into development lifecycles
- Establish global innovation partnerships with academic institutions and tech accelerators
- Champion organizational adoption of agile futures methodologies and continuous learning ecosystems
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-proofing initiatives
- Mastery of strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex future scenarios to executive stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from WFS or similar institution) preferred
