Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product innovation, market expansion, and operational resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynote presentations) positioning our brand as a future authority
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for tracking strategic adoption and market evolution
- Partner with R&D to prioritize emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Advise executive leadership on long-term risk mitigation and opportunity capture strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or successful strategic implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or foresight academy) preferred
