- Develop and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap using horizon-scanning methodologies and predictive analytics

- Deliver quarterly 'Future Briefings' to the board and executive leadership team
- Architect Horizon's Ethical AI Framework for 2026 technology deployments
- Mentor the next generation of futurists through our Future Leaders program
- Author industry-defining thought leadership on post-2025 technology convergence
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or equivalent strategic foresight methodology
