Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, AI breakthroughs, and socio-economic patterns to identify 2026+ opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for exponential growth and disruption preparedness
- Lead innovation workshops with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype future solutions
- Present executive-level foresight reports and strategic roadmaps to board stakeholders
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, VCs, and academic researchers
- Quantify future market potential using predictive modeling and data analytics
- Champion ethical innovation practices for emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in innovation strategy, futurism, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption curves
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience advising C-suite executives on disruptive transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
