In this pivotal position, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities across AI, biotech, and quantum computing. You'll translate complex technological trajectories into actionable business strategies while cultivating a culture of bold experimentation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with 2026+ impact
- Develop and maintain strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast market disruptions and competitive threats
- Present foresight findings to executive teams and board members with compelling narratives
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Build and manage an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS)
