Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence) and their commercial implications
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Lead innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners to co-create future business models
- Author proprietary trend reports predicting industry disruptions by 2026
- Oversee experimental R&D initiatives in sustainable tech and human augmentation
- Champion ethical innovation governance and responsible AI deployment
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic consulting, futurism, or C-suite innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (MIT Sloan, Harvard Bus Review)
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology adoption curves, and systemic risk modeling
- Proven track record scaling future-focused initiatives to $100M+ ARR
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (APF or equivalent)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 industry-defining predictions realized
