Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for emerging tech/societal trends and synthesize actionable insights through trend analysis reports
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 strategic objectives
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate disruptive concepts
- Advise executive team on disruptive opportunities and potential disruption vectors
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into compelling narratives for stakeholder alignment
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurism with proven track record of forecasting market shifts
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Published thought leader with keynote experience at global forums
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite and drive organizational change
- Portfolio of successfully implemented innovation initiatives
