Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and market trends affecting 2026+ landscape
- Develop data-driven innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year strategic vision
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future products and business models
- Author thought leadership reports on future-of-work and industry disruption
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype emerging technology applications
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption vectors
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities for complex concepts
- Experience with innovation frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
