Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions (Web4.0, AGI, quantum applications)
- Author forward-looking white papers on emerging tech disruptions (neurointerfaces, synthetic biology, decentralized networks)
- Design and execute immersive foresight workshops for C-suite executives
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of academic, industry, and government futurist partnerships
- Quantify market opportunities for emerging technologies using predictive analytics
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related technical field
- Proficiency in AI-driven foresight tools (GPT-4+, Palantir, Trendscope)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovation initiatives implemented
