Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market trends, and socio-economic shifts to map 5-10 year innovation horizons
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for future-proofing business operations and product portfolios
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with R&D labs, academic institutions, and disruptive startups
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and boards to drive strategic alignment
- Champion a culture of exponential thinking and calculated risk-taking across the organization
- Monitor global regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
