- Architect sustainable business models for emerging technologies (Web4, decentralized systems)
- Present strategic futures to stakeholders through immersive storytelling and data visualization
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and future-focused research labs
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward adaptive innovation and long-term thinking
- Mentor next-generation futurists and intrapreneurs within the company
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, blockchain)
- Published thought leadership on future trends (white papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience with strategic foresight methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management skills
- Portfolio demonstrating successful transformation initiatives with measurable impact
