Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts affecting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year strategic vision
- Architect future-proof business models and digital transformation initiatives
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and strategic foresight
- Build and maintain external ecosystem partnerships with emerging tech pioneers
- Present future insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Mentor cross-functional teams in innovation methodologies and future-thinking practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech experience
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial success
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and Web3
- Certified in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFAP, WFS)
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis platforms
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan, etc.)
