Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026 landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for enterprise innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year future scenarios
- Facilitate executive workshops on emerging risks and opportunities in quantum, biotech, and climate tech
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with actionable recommendations for Fortune 500 clients
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academic researchers, and industry pioneers
- Drive adoption of future-proofing methodologies across 12+ multinational divisions
- Represent the firm at World Economic Forum summits and global innovation conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (e.g., AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven experience developing scenario planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in technology adoption lifecycle modeling and innovation diffusion theory
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into executive priorities
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent practical experience
