Responsibilities

- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to prepare for disruptive futures
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with future market demands
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for tracking innovation maturity and future-readiness
- Present foresight findings to investors, partners, and internal stakeholders through compelling narratives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related technical field
- 7+ years in strategy, innovation, or foresight roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and exponential technology assessment
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML, biotechnology, and climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., from World Future Society) preferred
