Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socio-economic trends to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop and present strategic innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives identifying breakthrough opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership teams
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, industry experts, and academic thought leaders
- Author thought leadership content including white papers, trend reports, and conference keynotes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or corporate futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or strategic foresight projects
