Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026-2030 markets
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps and scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state opportunities and risks
- Produce foresight reports and executive briefings translating complex futures into business strategies
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate emerging concepts through rapid experimentation cycles
- Establish KPIs to track innovation pipeline maturity and future-readiness metrics
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with demonstrated impact on long-term planning
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Proven ability to translate foresight into executable business strategies and roadmaps
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies including scenario planning and trend analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing executive stakeholders and diverse teams
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, Technology Management, or related field
